A new computer out of the box is not ready to use. It's full of trial software you don't want, it doesn't know your printer, and none of your files, photos, bookmarks, or email are on it. The old computer is sitting right there with your whole life on it.
I'll move everything that matters from the old machine to the new one: documents, pictures, email, browser bookmarks and saved passwords, the printer, the programs you actually use. I'll strip out the junk, turn on the protection that's already built into Windows, and set up a backup so you never have to do this in a panic. Then we'll sit down and I'll show you where everything went.
