The Retired Computer Guy (Aetheria Systems LLC) provides in-home and remote Windows PC support and home networking in northeast Richland County, SC. I'll do my best to fix your problem, and I'll be honest with you if I can't.
Remote access to your computer happens only with your consent, during a session you've booked and started. Nothing is installed on your computer beforehand. The connection app runs only for the session and is gone when it ends. I won't access your computer outside of a live session without notifying you first.
Please back up your important files before any support session. I work carefully, but I'm not responsible for data loss. If you don't have a backup, tell me and we can talk about options first.
Support covers Windows PCs only. It does not cover Mac computers, phones, tablets, or business servers. Service is limited to northeast Richland County, SC.
Services are provided as-is. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.
