What I fix

Email that stopped working on your phone.

Email breaks in the same few ways. A password stopped being accepted. Mail shows up on the computer but not the phone, or the other way around. Outlook says it's not responding. You changed your internet provider and your old address went with it. Or you've been locked out and the recovery goes to a phone number you haven't had in ten years.

I'll get you back in, get the same mail showing up everywhere, and set up recovery options that actually reach you. If your address is tied to an old provider, I'll talk you through moving to one you'll never lose, and I'll move your contacts with it.

Most email problems I can fix remotely while you watch. Account lockouts sometimes need you and me on the phone with the provider together.

Questions people ask

I forgot my email password and the recovery goes to an old phone.

This is the hard one, but it's usually recoverable. Bring whatever you remember and we'll work through it together. Then we set it up so it can't happen again.

Why does mail show on my computer but not my phone?

They're set up differently. I'll put them both on the same kind of account so what you do on one shows up on the other.

Should I switch to Gmail?

If your email address belongs to an internet provider you might leave someday, yes, I'd move. I'll handle the move and make sure your old mail still reaches you.
